Skin is the largest organ of the body but body ahs an intricate internal system. There can be skin and hair disorder due to system disturbance in the body. It can be due to immune deficiency, hormonal imbalance and some gastric disease. There are many theories about skin disorders and most theories describe that there is no link between nutrition, diet and skin condition. The immune system can be boosted with diet and nutrition which can help to control gastric disease. The diets and nutrition can provide with the body even if they don’t cure the skin disorders. There can be improvement in the health of skin with important nutrients and these nutrients can also help the body fight against disease.

The skin can reflect everything like a mirror because it is impacted both internal and external of body.
